How to choose the right size?

Browse our catalog by using navigation on the left side of your screen. You can filter your favorite products according to their size, color, type etc. Check out SIZE CHARTS AND MEASUREMENT page for more information.

Is everything you offer in stock?

Yes, everything you see on Willsoor.eu is currently online, in stock and ready to be dispatched within next 48 hours! The bad news is that if an item isn't pictured online, it is not available at this time.

How about the delivery price?

Take advantage of free shipping on orders over 100€. Our standard European delivery price is 6,9€. Find out more about TERMS OF DELIVERY.

Has my order been dispatched?

We ship all orders as quickly as possible, but please note that there may be processing delays in shipping during sale events and peak shopping days. Delivery time shall be counted from day, you recieve e-mail about dispatching. We usually dispatch within 48 hours.

What’s your exchange/return policy?

All our products are divided into main categories above. Inside each category, you can first pick by the gender, then get into respective subcategory, and follow by choosing your preferred size, color or type. You can also search specific product name by using search tab on top of your screen.

I am looking for custom business shirts.

We are sorry, there are no custom shirts currently in our offer.

Where is Willsoor coming from and what types of material are you using?

Willsoor shirts and apparell are sewn in the European Union. Our fabrics are imported from French, Italian, Austrian, Czech and Egyptian textile factories. The quality of execution is our top priority.

Can I order by phone or via e-mail?

Yes, you can! Feel free to CONTACT US.

Does product price include shipping?

No. The product price contains only item itself. Our standard European delivery price is 6,9€. Take advantage of free shipping on orders over 100€.

What does the term "dispatching time" mean exactly?

That’s the time we need to process your order, to pack it and send the goods. After that it depends on the shipper how much time it will take to deliver the package. We usually dispatch within 48 hours.

Do I have to become a member to place an order?

You don't need to be a member to place an order. Registered users are allowed to watch their order status online. Creating an account is free, quick and easy.

Do I have to confirm my order?

You do not have to confirm your order by telephone nor via e-mail. After you'll place your order, we'll send you confirmation e-mail.

What forms of payment do you accept on Willsoor?

We accept payment by international bank transfer and PayPal. You can pick your payment method during the process of placing your order.

Warranty and other guarantees

Each Willsoor.eu buyer is entitled to claim the products in case of defect within 24 months after delivery. Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days. We offer clear delivery terms in accordance with the law, and so we minimize your concerns.

How can I track my delivery?

If youre registered, you can find all important information in your user profile. You can also check out status of your order via your e-mail. The specific types of order are as follows: "Confirmed", "Waiting for payment" or "Dispatched".

Why haven't I received an email regarding my order?

You may have an outdated email address on file, or you may have a spam blocker filtering out email from our system.

How can I make sure my package arrives if I'm not around to sign for it?

Delivery details may vary depending on delivery service provider in your country. Some delivery services might even require your signature!

Can I take over my order in person?

Are you delivering on weekends?

No, delivery service providers do not deliver on weekends.

How can I "postpone" dispatch date of my order?

Of course! Just let us know what date suits you the most (you can use "Comment" field in the process of placing your order) and we'll take care of the rest.

Is delivery service obligated to contant me?

There are no obligations as to when and how should delivery service contact you. Most delivery services contant customers via phone or by SMS in the day of delivery.

Can I change or cancel my order after I've clicked "Submit?"?

As long as the order hasn't gotten too far along in processing, we should be able to modify it for you. Feel free to CONTACT US.

I made more than one order at the same time. Can I get them in one package?

Just post your message into comment section in the process of placing order or CONTACT US. We tend to use one package for one name anyway. :)

I am registered and I forgot my password. What should I do?

Go to our log in page and click on "Forgot your password?" button. Than use your valid e-mail adress which have been used for your registration. The new password will be directly send to your e-mail adress. Use this password and proceed to next shopping. :)
